The park also harbors many animal and plant species, 348 bird species like turacos and horn bills, 220 buttery species, 1000 flowering plants, 163 tree species, 120 mammal species, 27 chameleons, frogs and geckos, 104 fern species. other primates like chimpanzees and colobus monkeys are also found in the Park.

Day 1: Transfer to Kibale National Park
on the first dat of 5 Days gorilla and Chimp trekking Bwindi and kibale national park. Every early in the morning after an early heavy breakfast, you will set off from Murchison Falls National Park and head to Kibale National Park. On your way to the park you will view Lake Albert escarpments and see how wonderful Uganda is. A stopover in Hoima for lunch and relaxation. After on your way to Kibale you will pass through the villages and enjoy the green vegetation cover of the area. Another stopover on the foot hills of the Rwenzori mountains in Fort portal. On arriving at the Park check in at the lodge of your choice and after visit the scenic crater lakes region, you will visit the terraced tea states. Day 2: Chimpanzee trekking and Bigodi Wetland Swamp
After taking breakfast, the guide driver will take you to the park headquarters for briefing about the dos and don’ts of gorilla trekking bwindi impenetrable forest and chimp trekking Uganda while in the village, your required to carry packed lunch and enough drinking water.

Day 3: Transfer to queen Elizabeth national park
After breakfast on your third day of 5 Days gorilla and Chimp trekking Bwindi and kibale national park, will drive to queen Elizabeth national park passing through the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth Nation park. If your lucky enough you will spot on the famous tree climbing lions only spotted here in the whole of Africa. Other animals like Uganda Kobs, antelopes, monkey species, different bird species among others will be spotted. You will reach the Park in the afternoon, check in at the lodge after have a natural walk where you will see many animals like monkeys, elephants, birds among others, later in the evening the driver will drop you back to the lodge for dinner and call it a day.

Day 4: Gorilla Trekking
on day 4 of 5 Days gorilla and Chimp trekking Bwindi and kibale national park, you will go to the park headquarters for briefing from the Uganda wildlife Authority ranger guide after an early morning breakfast. After briefing, the rangers will lead you to the forest to search for the endangered rare mountain gorilla species. You will be required to have enough drinking water, hiking shoes, rain court, walking stick which is available at the park headquarters for hire. Trackers will lead you to where the gorillas nested their previous night and getting to them depends on their movement. It’s a tiresome experience since it can take you almost 3-8 hours to find the gorillas but all this is worth the adventure, however meeting these gorillas will make you forget all the hardships encountered and only the good memories you will get on meeting them will stick in the mind.
Up on reaching their natural environment, you will be given a full hour to interact with them in their natural habitat, gorillas can’t survive anywhere outside their natural habitat because of desire for freedom like nature, you should keep maximum silence while with these mountain gorillas photos are allowed but only with non-flashlight cameras, see how the play, interact, feed, breast feed among other experiences. Trekking is an unfamiliar, rare, strange and yet marvelous experience.
