The First Day of Your 14-Day Safari Through Uganda
Upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, our safari guide will be waiting to take you to the hotel you’ve booked. We will be spending the night and dinner at this hotel.
Day 2: (five to six hours) Travel to Murchison Falls National Park
On day 2 of your 14 days uganda safaris and tours, after an early breakfast, you’ll travel to Murchison Falls National Park, stopping along the way at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to see the rhinos up close. The reintroduction project of the Ugandan rhino is housed in the refuge. Nine white rhinos are being tracked for 1.5 hours on foot. After lunch, you’ll head to Masindi Town, and then it’s on to Murchison Falls National Park. Travel time is around six to seven hours. Day 3 consists of a game drive and a Nile boat ride.
Day 3 of 14 days uganda safaris, sunrise game drive at the Nyamsika plateau will begin at 6:30 in the morning. Along the way, you will encounter Rothschild’s giraffes, Cape buffaloes, Uganda kob, hartebeests, and waterbucks. Day 5: Explore Kibale Forest on foot while tracking chimpanzees
The rules of chimpanzee tracking will be briefed at the Kanyanchu Tourist Centre at 8:00 am, after breakfast. Primate diversity and abundance are best found in East Africa’s Kibale Forest National Park. Of its thirteen species, the charming chimpanzee is the most well-known and well-loved.
The walk lasts about two to three hours and offers a chance to observe a wide range of wildlife, including birds, butterflies, and other primates. After lunch, you’ll head back to the lodge for a leisurely stroll in the Bigodi Wetland, where you may observe a wide array of monkeys and bird species. At your lodge, you will spend the night and enjoy dinner.
Day 6: Queen Elizabeth National Park game drive and boat cruise

7 Day: Visit Lake Bunyonyi and go on a game drive

Day 9 trekking gorillas in bwindi forest national park
After a leisurely breakfast, you’ll be whisked away to the park headquarters at 7:45 in the morning to join your fellow trackers for a safety briefing regarding the regulations governing gorilla trekking. It may take two to eight hours of trekking through dense vegetation and creepers with your guides to locate the gorillas.
Tourists can make their way across densely wooded terrain thanks to the many animal tracks that wind their way through it. After you’ve spent an hour with the gorillas, it’s time to head back to your lodge for some rest. The lodge you reserve will serve your meals and provide a place to sleep.
Encountering the Cultural Village on Day 10
Embark on a guided three to five hour community walk after breakfast to learn about the farming and village life of the Bakiga and Bufumbira tribes. While you’re there, you may observe a traditional herbalist make native medicine to cure all sorts of human ailments; you can also witness the brewing of local beer using traditional methods; and you can enjoy traditional dance performances put on by local community groups. On day 11, a game drive through Mburo Park and a lake cruise are on the agenda.
After an early breakfast, you’ll make your way to Lake Mburo National Park, which is home to a variety of animals including zebras, warthogs, elands, impalas, and more. The park is centred around a chain of swamp-fringed lakes that are teeming with birdlife. After stopping for lunch in Mbarara town, you’ll continue on your way to the park. You will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with aquatic creatures, like hippos and crocodiles, during a two-hour boat ride on Lake Mburo in the afternoon. Journey to Kampala on Day 12
Right after breakfast, you’ll embark on a foot tour of the park accompanied by a seasoned game ranger. He or she will fill you in on the history of the area’s animal footprints and poop. There are two parks in Uganda that allow visitors to explore on foot; Mburo is one of them. Lunch will be served at the lodge following the game walk, and then you will begin the journey back to Kampala.
During your layover, you’ll be able to stand on both the northern and southern hemispheres of the Earth and snap some shots. At the Mpigi Royal Drum Makers centre, another pit stop, you can see ceremonial drums being made using techniques that have been passed down through many years. Travel to Jinja on Day 13
We set out for Jinja first thing in the morning to see the Nile River’s headwaters and partake in some of the exciting sports offered there, such as white water rafting, jet boating, horseback riding, mountain biking, quad biking, and bungee jumping. You will be able to take pictures while standing on the edge of the Earth, as there is a stoppage at the Equator along the way. You are scheduled to arrive in the late afternoon and have the afternoon and overnight to rest at your booked hotel.
Day 14: An Exciting Nile Cruise
White water rafting down the Nile River is your future after breakfast. on the last day of your 14 days uganda safaris After a thorough briefing and gear fitting at the Nile Source, rafting starts at 09:30 in the morning. You don’t need any previous rafting expertise to go rafting on this 18-kilometer section of the Nile River.
In order to ease the participants into the more difficult rapids, the first few are of lower grade (1, 2) to boost their confidence.
To make this journey as exhilarating as possible, rafters navigate eight large rapids. After your thrilling rafting excursion, you’ll have the option to enjoy a BBQ lunch and some drinks.
